Shaw's supplier selection process is team-based. Cross-functional teams are formed to review and develop products, study market conditions, develop requirements, issue Request for Proposals (RFPs), negotiate, implement, and monitor performance and compliance. Suppliers are selected based upon the team's criteria which can include demonstrated excellence in any or all of the following areas: quality, service, price, innovation leadership, environmental stewardship, technology, logistics, and social responsibility and diversity.

Our suppliers are an extension of Shaw, its culture, principles, and values of honesty, integrity, and hard work.
